Shipping and Delivery
We strive to deliver your order within 5-7 business days of placing it. Divine at Home is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage to packages that occur during transit beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges and refunds are available only in cases of errors with your order or if a defect is found in our product. You may request a refund within 5 to 7 business days. If this occurs, please email us within 2 business days from the purchase date, along with photographic evidence, and we will gladly process an exchange or refund. Please note we do not accept general returns. If there is a product defect, you can request a refund within 5 to 7 business days, which will be credited within 3-5 days.

Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
