Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses, stores, or offices located across India. We strive to deliver products within 5-7 business days from the receipt of order and payment, depending on the delivery address. Deliveries are made by either our own team or through third-party couriers, logistics partners, or postal services, typically between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.

A signature is required upon delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for goods signed for by anyone other than the individual who placed the order at the specified address. Since transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided during the order process. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any product damage after delivery.

Any claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery via the "Contact Us" page on our website. Please also indicate any shortages on the delivery receipt and return it to the delivery person.
